DESCRIPTION:We announce the death of Mrs. Catherine Valda Delauney-LaRonde Age: 74 of Pointe Michel who resided at Agape Care Inc.\nShe died on Tuesday, 10th February 2026 Agape Care Inc. \nShe was preceded in death by her parents Emry and Elsie Delauney of Point Michel\nShe was the sister of: Mr Arthur, Partrick, Sylvester and James  Delauney (Deceased), Mr. Kenneth &  Phillip Delauney, Mrs. Thora Delauney-Simmons, Mrs. Felixia Delauney-Philbert, Mrs. Patricia Delauney-Charles\nShe was the Mother of: Mrs. Tamara LaRonde-Payne, Mrs. Yvonne LaRonde-Charles, Ms. Yolanda LaRonde, Mr. Kurt LaRonde, Mrs. Renee LaRonde-Thomas\nHer Step Son: Mr. Steve LaRonde\nHer Grand Children whom she loved Dearly: Eulisa White, Donte Joseph Knowla Payne, Jonathan Payne, Nicholas Charles, Justin Charles, Roché Thomas \nShe had many Nieces and Nephews to numerous to mention\nShe shared a special relationship with her sister in-law Mrs. Bella Delauney of Point Michel who was always there for her.\nHer Very Good Friends In Antigua: Ms. Thora Thomas, Mr. Welt Telemaque, Ms. Phillip.\nThe family would like to thank Nurse Espirit and the staff of Agape Care Nursing Home  For the excellent care and attention given to Catherine.\nThe body of the late Catherine Valda Delauney-LaRonde will be transported from Lyndhurst Funeral Home for viewing at 11:30am at the St. Luke’s Catholic Church in Pointe Michel on Tuesday, 10th March 2026. Funeral Mass begins at 12:00pm followed by interment at the Pointe Michel Catholic Cemetery.\n \n
