DESCRIPTION:It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Marshall Defoe, who was born in Layou village, St. Joseph Parish, Dominica.\nMarshall was born on 5th October 1955.\nHe was the son of the late Valentine and Elfreda Defoe, and grandson of the late Ada Joseph.\nHe was the brother of Margaret, Algernon (deceased), Geraldine, Valerie, Trevor (deceased), and Catherine Defoe.\nHe was the uncle of Lauren Defoe.\nHe will also be remembered by his cousins Rosalind, Laurent, Cromwell, Albert, Matheous, Dennis, Ashanta, Merlin, Emelda, Amin, Gemma, Nesma and many more.\nOther family members, loved ones and friends left to mourn include Anthea, Vincent, Lenna, and many others.\nMarshall will be missed and remembered by his family, friends, and all those who knew him.\nDue to the circumstances surrounding his death we cannot confirm any other details. \nMay his soul rest in eternal peace.\nThe funeral of the late Marshall Defoe will be held at Lyndhurst Funeral Home on Friday, 11ᵗʰ September from 10:00am followed by interment at the Roseau Catholic Cemetery.\n
