We announce the death of Francis Joseph better known as Joe or Fanso. Former member of the Commonwealth of Dominica Police Force.<\/p>\n
Age: 67 from Vieille Case resided in Portsmouth. He died on December 29th<\/sup> 2018 at the PMH.<\/p>\n He is survived by:<\/p>\n Former wife: Sylvester Bell in Guadeloupe<\/p>\n Daughters: Caryl Joseph-Ryan in Dominica, Margaret Joseph in Guadeloupe and Chrissie Issac in Antigua<\/p>\n Sons: Felix Joseph in Guadeloupe, Francis Joseph in England and Jonel Joseph in Dominica<\/p>\n Brothers: Bernard, Phillip, Philbert, Alex, Thomas and Linus<\/p>\n Nephews: Francis, Andreas, Andrew, Nimran, Fitz, Joel, Kirsten and Dunstan<\/p>\n Nieces: Hyacinth, Joan, Cyndi, Phibisha, Kishel, Joy, Kiera, Cara and Susan<\/p>\n Sisters-in-law: Cynthia Joseph in Vieille Case, Cynthia Joseph in Portsmouth, Benedict, Joan and Lauren.<\/p>\n Grandchildren:\u00a0 Orlando, Arlena-nicole, Olivier, Naya, Ayele, Tyrone, Sinah, Yannick, Loic, Ashante, Shaqur and Shaquene.<\/p>\n Adopted daughters: Mathurine Bernard and Josette Roberts-Dennis.<\/p>\n The Joseph, Augustine, Leblanc and George families in Vieille Case and the Bell family of Cottage.<\/p>\n Close friends and relatives in St. Maarten, the USA and St. Thomas, including Robertine Fritz, Annie Alexander, and Ignatius Peter.<\/p>\n Numerous other friends including Rosie, Bumper, English, Titus and the rest of the Cocoa Town Crew.<\/p>\n The staff of the RFA Hospital in Portsmouth.<\/p>\n Other friends and relatives too numerous to mention.<\/p>\n The body of the late Francis Joseph better known as Joe or Fanso will be transported from Lyndhurst Funeral Home for viewing at 2:30pm on Saturday, 25th<\/sup> January, 2020 at the Vielle Case Catholic Church.
