It is with great sadness that we announce the death of 90 year Phyllis Teresa Stuart nee Andre better known as “Phy” or “Ma Phyllis” of 6 Lower Murphy\u2019s Lane Goodwill. A former snackette vendor at the Public Works Department and\u00a0 at Roseau Market.<\/strong><\/p>\n

She died on Monday 3rd June at her residence<\/strong><\/p>\n

Left to mourn her children: Heather, Vivian (Brother) and Gerard (Oh-pi-so) Chasseau, Elenora (Pussin), Elvis (Champee) and Edwina Stuart.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Brother: Asquith Andre<\/strong><\/p>\n

Grandchildren: Elpern, Tamisha, Viviana, Okimo, Nakitta, Phoebe, Kenworth, Kenora, Marius Haylee and Edward (in the USA), Kyle and James.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Grand daughter in law: Alliema<\/strong><\/p>\n

12 Great grandchildren<\/strong><\/p>\n

Daughters in law: Theresa Stuart and Marie Chasseau<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sister in law: Grace Andre<\/strong><\/p>\n

Adopted children: Alford, Alex, Martha, Debra, Julie, Jennifer, Ferdy, Kellyn<\/strong><\/p>\n

Adopted grandchildren: Melissa, Omara, Leon, Kimon, Karleen<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nieces: Elma Williams, Judith McKenzie, Yolanda and Amillia Andre<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nephews: Darren, Ashworth, Nicholas and Trevor Andre.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Close Friends: Ma Vaughna, Boogie, Joy, Shirley, Mona, Rhea, Pacquette, Patrickson, Nurse Louis, Anthea Sandy, Dawn Symes and Family, Mr. Reginald Winston,\u00a0 Johnille, Curtis, Terry, Atley, Emerson, Almorise, Massicot, Lindey, Marlon, Cecilia Copiel, Dr Irving McIntyre, Dr Keevian Burnette, Laura Frederick, Honorable Roosevelt Skerrit, Hon. The entire Andre, Stuart, Chasseau, Nelson and Families; many other dear relatives and friends here and abroad names are too numerous to mention.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The body of the late Phyllis Teresa Stuart nee Andre will be transported from Lyndhurst Funeral Home for viewing at 2:30pm at the Roseau Cathedral Chapel on Tuesday, 25th<\/sup>\u00a0June 2024. Funeral Mass begins at 3:00pm followed by interment at the Roseau Catholic Cemetery.\u00a0<\/b><\/div>\n
