We announce the death of 57-year-old Irvin Defoe, better known as Popty or Popteyol of La Plaine, who resided at Canefield. He died on Thursday, 21st August, 2025, at the Dominica China Friendship Hospital.<\/p>\n
He was the husband of Rhonda Roberts Defoe.<\/p>\n
