We announce the death of Bernard Royer, better known as \u201cScartten,\u201d of Roseau. He died peacefully on Saturday, August 30th, 2025, at his residence in Bath Estate. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend, a cherished member of the fishing community.<\/p>\n
