Charles Maynard. She died peacefully on Monday, August 25<sup>th<\/sup>, 2025, at the Dominica China Friendship Hospital.<\/p>\n<p>She will be lovingly remembered by:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Children:<\/strong> Carl, Annmarie and Yvonne Maynard<\/p>\n<p><strong>Grandchildren:<\/strong> Shanice Lazare and Durelle Maynard<\/p>\n<p><strong>Great-grandchild:<\/strong> Sjaelan Watt<\/p>\n<p><strong>Daughter-in-law:<\/strong> Martha Loblack-Maynard<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sisters:<\/strong> Lucia, Julie, Ann, Alice, Gloria and their families<\/p>\n<p><strong>Brothers:<\/strong> Dr. Forch Douglas, Anthony, Diane, Martin and their families<\/p>\n<p><strong>In-laws:<\/strong> Michael Diez, Haynes Jacob, Karen Douglas and Debbie Douglas<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nieces, Nephews and Godchildren too numerous to mention<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Relatives:<\/strong> Joan Cools Lartigue &amp; Family, David Jones and the Douglas, Burton, Rabess and Georges families<\/p>\n<p><strong>Close Family Friends:<\/strong> Athene Shillingford, Patricia Blaize, Mrs. Xavier, Debra Blackman, Antonillia Doctrove &amp; family, The Loblack Family, Delroy Watt, Lena Roach, Kelvin Francis, The Defreitas family, The John family of Mahaut, Maria Carnoville, Hon. Roosevelt Skerrit &amp; Family, Fr. Thomas, Fr. Jno Lewis, Fr. Lafleur, The Catholic Clergy of\u00a0 The Diocese of Roseau, Dr. Ola, Dr. Dechausay, Nurses and Staff of the Dawbiny Ward, Parishioners of St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, neighbors of Belfast and numerous other relatives and friends.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Caregivers:<\/strong> Lorima, Shermina, and Precious<\/p>\n<p>The body of the late <strong>Joan Maynard n\u00e9e Douglas<\/strong> will leave for viewing at 9:30 a.m. at the St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, followed by the funeral service at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 13<sup>th<\/sup>, 2025.
