{"id":5039,"date":"2025-12-11T09:11:00","date_gmt":"2025-12-11T13:11:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lyndhurstfuneralhome.com\/dominica\/?post_type=mec-events&#038;p=5039"},"modified":"2025-12-11T09:11:00","modified_gmt":"2025-12-11T13:11:00","slug":"julius-benjamin","status":"publish","type":"mec-events","link":"https:\/\/lyndhurstfuneralhome.com\/dominica\/events\/julius-benjamin\/","title":{"rendered":"Julius Benjamin"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>We announce the death of 59 years old Julius Benjamin<\/strong><strong>aka &#8220;Starrin&#8221;, of Newtown, who resided at Canefield East.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>He died on Wednesday 26<sup>th<\/sup> November\u00a0 2025 at the DCFH<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>He leaves to mourn his<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Wife: Augustina Austrie Benjamin<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Children: O\u2019Neil, Vanessa, Vanetta, Malachi, Afiyah &amp; Tyron<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Grandchildren: Jaiden and Ny\u2019lah<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sisters: Lucia, Corinthia, Marvlyn &amp; Sandra<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Brothers: Lenroy &amp; Marcus<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Brothers-in- Law: Mauril Honore &amp; Steve Joseph<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Nieces including: Shannele, Shana, Starsher, Macy, Sarita, Eldonna, Gillen, Aisha, <\/strong><strong>Roberta &amp; Lennika<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Nephews including: Odell, Jessey, Lenny, Clifford, Jordan, Renix, Conrad, Accram, Leroy &amp; Wayne<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Close Friends including: Curtis Richards, Patricia Inglis, Frankie Phillip, Charles Attidore, Shirley Lawrence, Roslyn, Hazel, Solange, Meryna, Ronald, Myrtle, Bolf, Paula, Bernard, Kent, Yaneze &amp; their Families, the Douglas &amp; St. Ville Family<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The Communities of Newtown, Vielle Case, Tan Tan, Capuchin, Portsmouth , Kingshill and Canefield.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Many other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The body of the late Julius Benjamin aka &#8220;Starrin&#8221; will be transported from Lyndhurst Funeral Home for viewing at 2:00pm on Friday 19<sup>th<\/sup> December 2025 at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, Newtown.
