He died on the 13th of July 2026. He was past employee of Carambola beach resort in St. Croix.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0He leaves to mourn his:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Wife: Zelah Williams-Challenger<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Children: Peterson Challenger residing in San Antonio Texas &amp; Peter Challenger residing in Houston, Texas, Grayson Challenger, Vernice and Elwin. sr(Charlo)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Brothers: Joseph Challenger retired inspector of the Dominica Police Force &amp; Wilfred Challenger<em> better known as sawil.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Grand children: Nia Challenger, Pete Challenger, Petrice Challenger, Gracia Challenger-Gordon, Breana Challenger, Candice Browne, AliAndre Poleon, Elwin Challenger jr.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1 great-granddaughter: Zalena Browne Owens<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>44 Nieces &amp; Nephews: including Wilbert, Yolanda, Alec, Augustus, Cynthia, Pat, Desmond, Glenda, Francis, Valda, Jovin.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>3 Daughters-in-Law: Lucia Challenger, Gale St. Luce -Challenger &amp; Bernadine Nicholls-Challenger<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sisters- in -Law: Wilma, Sylma, Sheila, Amoy, Eve &amp; Hilda<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Brothers -in-Law: Elkin, Steve, Richardson, Aphalie<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Grandson in Law: Henderson Gordon<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Special Friends: Gerard St. Rose, Augustin Lenan Clifford, Delphina Randolph, James Baptiste in St. Croix, Craig Drigo, Petra Wiltshire, Janelia George, Douglas Wiltshire, Kenneth Louis in St. Johns, Joel and Joan Constance in the U.S.A.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The Williams and Vidal Families of Salisbury, friends in St. Croix U.S.V., The Stevenson family, The Rolle family in Laudat, The Challenger families of Bath estate, Calibishie and Castle Bruce, The communities of Castle Bruce, Goodhope, SanSauveur, Petite Soufriere,<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Other relatives and friends to numerous to mention.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The body of the late Peter Cleophas Challenger <em>better known as<\/em> \u2018Pappyson\u2019 will be transported from Lyndhurst Funeral Home for viewing from 1:30pm on Thursday, 30<sup>th<\/sup> July 2026 at the Castle Bruce Catholic Church.
