We announce the death of Paul Toussaint

Age: 88 of Pointe Michel

He died at the Dominica China Friendship Hospital on Friday, November 8, 2024

He is survived by his children:  Alphonsia LaBassiere, Delia, Dunstan and Paula Toussaint, Digna Doway and Deborah  Cooper

Sister: Camilla Johnson, 

Sons in law: Glenroy Cooper, Evans Doway and Lincoln Wilson

Daughters in law: Phyllis and Vanesca Toussaint

Grandchildren:  Simmone and Adil LaBassiere; Kwabena Wilson; Seriah, Don Marie, Dun Eve, Tywanie, Turram, Tsehai, Zarah, Davina, and Netifah Toussaint, Akim and Kimara Cooper, Linton and Lincia Etienne, Marva Phillip

Great grandchildren: Jamali, Lionel Amara, Tanaya, Desiah, Hananiah, Nathan and Kimani

Nieces:  Rosanne and Frances Johnson; Vanessa Peltier; Helen Olivacee, Althea, Merina, Sylvia, Tessa, Helen, Paulette

Nephews: Edmund, Kendell, Robert, Robertson, Allan, Alfred, Anthony, Vincent and Stephen 

God children:  Bozard, Tasco, Michael, Blanche 

Close friends: Phillip, Frances Casimir and family; Dr. Yerandy, Dr. Andrew, staff at the Imary ward, other family and friends too numerous to mention.   

The body of the late Paul Toussaint of Pointe Michel will be transported from Lyndhurst Funeral Home for viewing at 2:30pm at the National Shrine of Our Lady of LaSalette on Monday, November 18.  Funeral Mass begins at 3:00pm followed by internment at the Pointe Michel Catholic Cemetery.
