Lucille Janet Johnson
We announce the death of: Lucille Janet Johnson, affectionately known as “Lulu,” “Mammy” and Lucy Luce of the Trafalgar village.
Lucille was a proud member of the Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
She leaves to mourn her beloved husband, Renmark Johnson Snr. of Trafalgar.
She will be remembered by:
Brothers: Roy Francis, residing in the United Kingdom, Maslin, and Clement Joseph of Laplaine and their families.
Sons: Frank Joseph, Renmark (Jnr), and Renick Johnson.
Daughters: Annetta, Bertanie, Keturah, and Jenser Johnson, Cindy Dennis, and Precila Jno Baptiste.
Grandchildren: Jaheim, Eva, Julio, Kayon, Nira; Monica, Holden, Jerdel, Jada, Jerquan, Jazniah and Jacqueen ; Jernai; Janea, Sariah, Nahla; Phileo, Chad, Ariann, Annoah, and Abiyel.
All HER brothers and Sisters in law including Blondina Francis, Yoland and Mema Johnson and their families. All HER cousins: Sandrine, Alex, Yevetta, and their Families and other families in Dominica, the UK and USA too numerous to mention.
All HER nieces and nephews like Tara, Kishma, Mitch, Sharrief, and others too numerous to mention.
She will be missed by The Hines and Chapman family in Barbados.
She will fondly be remembered by her close associates like Sister Hogan, Sister Clerk, Ms. Gloria Walsh, Delica, Clifford and Janice Moranci, Irvin Macintyre and many others too numerous to mention including Paul, Lexy, Alpha, John and all who lived in the Village of Trafalgar.
The body of the late Janet Lucille Johnson will be transported from Lyndhurst Funeral Home for viewing at 2:30p.m on Wednesday, 19th August 2026, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, Lower Morne, Daniel. The funeral service will take place at 3:00 p.m., followed by interment at the Roseau Public Cemetery.
