Marshall Defoe

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Marshall Defoe, who was born in Layou village, St. Joseph Parish, Dominica.

Marshall was born on 5th October 1955.

He was the son of the late Valentine and Elfreda Defoe, and grandson of the late Ada Joseph.

He was the brother of Margaret, Algernon (deceased), Geraldine, Valerie, Trevor (deceased), and Catherine Defoe.

He was the uncle of Lauren Defoe.

He will also be remembered by his cousins Rosalind, Laurent, Cromwell, Albert, Matheous, Dennis, Ashanta, Merlin, Emelda, Amin, Gemma, Nesma and many more.

Other family members, loved ones and friends left to mourn include Anthea, Vincent, Lenna, and many others.

Marshall will be missed and remembered by his family, friends, and all those who knew him.

Due to the circumstances surrounding his death we cannot confirm any other details. 

May his soul rest in eternal peace.

The funeral of the late Marshall Defoe will be held at Lyndhurst Funeral Home on Friday, 11ᵗʰ September from 10:00am followed by interment at the Roseau Catholic Cemetery.
