We announce the death of 63-year-old Mrs. Lorna Alfred-Prosper of Tete Morne, Grand Bay. She died on Wednesday, October 01^st, 2025, at the Dominica-China-Friendship Hospital.

She will also be remembered by:

Sons: Mitchel and Kevan, Prosper and Miguel Mark in the USA

Daughters: Tasha Pacquette, Shervel, and Naesha Prosper

Stepfather: Antoine Bedminister

Brother: Lenny Alfred

Sisters: Erma, Denzillia, Dorita, Kerine, Hermain, and Nesta Alfred

Grandchildren:  Kenny Pacquette, Kurniah, and Denarie Prosper

Aunts:  Augustine, Christine in the USA, and Theresa in the UK

Uncle:  John Bastien

Many cousins including: Virgin, Sylvia, Rodriguez and Irvin

Daughter-in-Law:  Niky

Family and friends including: The Benoit, Angol, Alexander, Bastien, and Watt families in Tete Morne and neighbouring communities, The entire community of Tete Morne and Montine.

The body of the late Mrs. Lorna Alfred-Prosper will be transported from Lyndhurst Funeral Home for viewing at 2:30p.m on Monday October 20^th from 2:30pm.  The funeral mass will take place from 3:00pm at the Grand Bay Sacred Space, followed by interment at the Grand Bay Catholic Cemetery.
