We announce the death of Anthony Bernard, better known as “Desmond.”

Age: 76 years old of Fond Cole.

He died on Tuesday, 23^rd December 2025, at the DCFH.

He leaves to mourn:

His mother: Elisa Vincent

Daughter: Antoinette Nicholas

Son-in-law: Samuel Nicholas (Enoch)

Grand Children: Antonio, Jeanne, Samuel, Enrico, Alexander, Alexzandra, Tamika, and Sabrina

Great Grandchildren: Toniah, Arl’Jeanne, Tyell, Seth, Jermari, Seianna, Jeadekel, and Sheriah

Brothers: George & James Bernard

6 Nieces including: Melissa

5 Nephews including: Mathias & Marcus

Sisters-in-law: Veronica, Jeanna, Cynthia, and Martha

Brother-in-law: Phillipson

Godson: Kelvin Fredrick

Close family members: Vincent Younis, Matilda, Jalia and Dale Leblanc, Joycie Alfred, Olivia Fredrick, Virginia, Agnes, Timothy Moise, Nathalie Darroux, Ngerere Richards, Olivia Walsh and their families

The body of the late Anthony Bernard also known as Desmond will be transported from Lyndhurst Funeral Home for viewing at 1:30pm on Friday 9^th January 2026 at the St. Alphonsus Catholic Church. Funeral Mass begins at 2:00pm followed by interment at the Roseau Catholic Cemetery.
