
Bernard Royer
We announce the death of Bernard Royer, better known as “Scartten,” of Roseau. He died peacefully on Saturday, August 30th, 2025, at his residence in Bath Estate. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend, a cherished member of the fishing community.

The body of the late Bernard Royer will be transported from Lyndhurst Funeral Home at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, September 15th, 2025, to the Roseau Seventh-day Adventist Church. Funeral service begins at 2:30 p.m. followed by interment at the Roseau Public Cemetery.
