We announce the death of Cloda Cecillia Alexander, Née Caesar, age eighty-two, of Elmshall, Roseau. She died on Friday, 23rd January 2026, at The Dominica China Friendship Hospital.
She left to mourn:

The Celebration of the life of our beloved, Cloda Cecillia Alexander, will take place at the Lady of Fair Haven Cathedral on Wednesday 11th, February 2026 at 3pm with viewing at 2pm; followed by the Interment at Roseau Roman Catholic Cemetery.
