We announce the death of Francis Joseph better known as Joe or Fanso. Former member of the Commonwealth of Dominica Police Force.
Age: 67 from Vieille Case resided in Portsmouth. He died on December 29th 2018 at the PMH.
He is survived by:

Daughters: Caryl Joseph-Ryan in Dominica, Margaret Joseph in Guadeloupe and Chrissie Issac in Antigua
Sons: Felix Joseph in Guadeloupe, Francis Joseph in England and Jonel Joseph in Dominica
Brothers: Bernard, Phillip, Philbert, Alex, Thomas and Linus
Nephews: Francis, Andreas, Andrew, Nimran, Fitz, Joel, Kirsten and Dunstan
Nieces: Hyacinth, Joan, Cyndi, Phibisha, Kishel, Joy, Kiera, Cara and Susan
Sisters-in-law: Cynthia Joseph in Vieille Case, Cynthia Joseph in Portsmouth, Benedict, Joan and Lauren.
Grandchildren: Orlando, Arlena-nicole, Olivier, Naya, Ayele, Tyrone, Sinah, Yannick, Loic, Ashante, Shaqur and Shaquene.
Adopted daughters: Mathurine Bernard and Josette Roberts-Dennis.

The body of the late Francis Joseph better known as Joe or Fanso will be transported from Lyndhurst Funeral Home for viewing at 2:30pm on Saturday, 25th January, 2020 at the Vielle Case Catholic Church. Funeral Service takes place at 3:00pm followed by interment at the Vielle Case Catholic Cemetery.
