We announce the death of Jeanne Melon also known as “Nelisla Jan Moulon or Ala”
Age 95 of Roger, Canefield
She died on 7th February 2026 at DCFH
She leaves to mourn:
Nephews: Glen Polydore, Edward Williams
Nieces: Joan Williams in Aruba, Josian Terrel in Antigua, Yolanda Royer in Montserrat
Grandniece: Dernel Polydore
Other relatives: George, Eugene, Rodney Polydore, the Moulon family in Martinique
Special Friends: Glenda Tyson, Cheryl, Members of the Canefield Gospel Mission Church, Nurses and Doctors from the Fond Cole Health Center
Many others too numerous to mention.
The body of the late Jeanne Melon also known as “Nelisla Jan Moulon or Ala” will be viewed at the Lyndhurst Funeral Home Chapel at 1:30pm on Monday, 23rd February. Funeral Service begins at 2:00pm followed by interment at the Roseau Public Cemetery.
