
Pharel Vernon Joseph
We announce the death of 91-year-old Pharel Vernon Joseph, affectionately known as “Powder” from Roger.
He died at his daughter’s residence at Roger on 6th July, 2025.
He left behind:
His Children: Annette Tavernier, Jeannette Massiah, Jefferson, Merle, Neomi, Glen, Claudia ( Andrina ) and Willy (Glenroy) Joseph and Evelyn Joseph-Charles
28 Grandchildren to include: Nina, Vincent and Macaully Tavernier, Charleson, Jarez and Jarel Massiah, Shaquilla, Kaihil, and Kaela Charles, Howard Fagan, Tanika Joseph, Ella Phillip,Yolanda, Kenchi, Kenchine, Nezama, Nisha, Narvin, Nadisha and Grace-Ann Joseph, Sylma Jeremy, Joanne McIntosh, Annicka, Shernika, Cedrack, Samantha and Akim Xavier and Tamalia George.
22 Great Grandchildren to include: Camry and Wilson Tavernier, Renaldo Hurtault, Sergio Joseph-Sweeney, Emerald and Shaheem McIntosh and Liam Charles.

Funeral service takes place on Friday 18th July, 2025 at the Expandable Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, Morne Daniel Flat ( behind Auto Trade). Viewing begins at 2:00 p.m. and the service at 2:30 p.m. Burial will follow at the Roseau Public Cemetery.
