The body of the late Constable Philsbert Felix Williams better known as Bullet or Stray Bullet will be transported from Lyndhurst Funeral Home for viewing at 2:30pm at the Olivette First Baptiste Church in Portsmouth on Friday, 15^th January, 2020. Funeral Service begins at 3:00pm followed by interment at the Portsmouth Public Cemetery.
