Francis Andrew Green

We announce the death of Francis Andrew Green of Morne Daniel. He died on Thursday April 10th, 2025 at the Dominica China Friendship Hospital.

He is survived by his lifelong partner- his beloved wife Elsa Rolle Green.

 He will also be remembered by: 

His four surviving children include : Tarnia Green-Joseph and Tarnie Green -Stedman who resides in New Jersey, Samson Green and Dorna Green

Grand children: Nathaniel Reid, Ethan Myers, Nathan Myers, Joseph Myers Jayden Stedman, Nicholas Joseph, Gia Alexander 

Sons in law: Dareen Joseph and Steve Stedman 

Brothers: Theodore, Desmond,Arnold, Andrew, Daryl, Roland, Thomas, Lennox, Charlie and Oliver Green, Leroy Hunter and Randolph Winston.

Sisters: Glenda, Dorothy, Edith, Kernitta, Barbara, Pamela and Cecilia Green.

Aunt: Dorothy Green- Wills in Canada

Numerous nephews and nieces in Dominica and abroad.

Close friends and family include: Alvin Winston, Kelvin and Miriam Rolle, Clem, Vernon, Julie,George Harve, Martha, Suzette, Fitzroy and Sandra Augustus and the Augustus, Harve and Alfred families of Giraudel, Raymond Fontaine, the Rolle Family of Laudat, Paul Frampton, Fitzroy Bertrand, Rickie Francis and Rosalind Severin McClean.

Special mention must be made of Former Employees of the Dominica Coconut Products and Colgate Palmolive, the Newtown Community, Members of the Newtown Fisheries Cooperative, Reuben’s Bakery, the Fatima Church,and the Morne Daniel community.

Viewing for the late  of Francis Andrew Green will take place at the Fatima Church of Newtown at 9:30am on Wednesday 23rd April. The funeral mass begins at 10:00am followed by interment at the family’s private burial ground at the Big Stone in Canefield.
