Age: 84 year old of: 12th Street Canefield
He died on Thursday, April 8th, 2021 at the Dominica China Friendship Hospital.
He was a former Assistant Superintendent of Police of the Commonwealth of Dominica Police Force.
He leaves to mourn:

The body of the late Francis Hilaire, former Assistant Superintendent of Police of the Commonwealth of Dominica Police Force will be transported from Lyndhurst Funeral Home for viewing at 2:30 pm on Wednesday, April 28th2021 at the Canefield Gospel Mission Church. The funeral service begins at 3:00 pm followed by interment at the Roseau Public Cemetery.
