JEAN VIVIAN GILKES née CHANDLER, aged 94, of 21 Highgate Gardens, St. Michael, entered into rest on March 21, 2026.
Wife of Ernest (Sonny). Mother of Susan, Cheryl and Marcia. Grandmother of Daniel, Zoe, Amber and Abirose. Great-grandmother of Thiago. Sister of Phyllis, Claudette, Molly, Elizabeth, Diana, William and the late Gerry and Brian. A service of celebration and thanksgiving will be held on Friday, April 17, 2026, at the Chapel of Westbury Cemetery, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 10:00 a.m. followed by the interment. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Ark Welfare Society will be greatly appreciated.
