Son of the late Sheila Walton-Agard and Lewis Robinson. Husband of Cynthia Walton. Father of Shamika Walton. Brother of Janet Walton-Bowen, Muriel Turney, Yvonne Adams, Ella Harewood, Rosemary Belgrave, Jeanette Firebrace, Angela Welch, Erin Bascombe, the late Ainsley Walton, Odessa Small, Haldene and Otho Robinson. Uncle of Amour Sobers-Walton, Tisha and Daniel Walton, Carl Belgrave, Celia Pitt, Nikita, Keron and Kiara Agard. Great uncle of many. Friend of Cynthia Lowe, Judy Howell, Michael Welch, Claudette Stanton and many more.
A service of celebration and thanksgiving will be held on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at First Baptist Church, Constitution Road, St. Michael, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 10:00 a.m. The cortege will then proceed to Westbury Cemetery for the interment. Flowers may be sent to Lyndhurst Funeral Home no later than 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday. Donations to Barbados Cancer Support Services and Barbados Palliative Association in Ansel’s honor would be graciously accepted. The body of the late Ansel Walton will repose in the Colin Parkinson Memorial Chapel, Lyndhurst Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.
