Tyrone Jones

TYRONE RICARDO JONES, aged 68, passed away on June 13, 2026. A proud resident of Fitts Village, St. James. Beloved son of the late Alfonsa Shepherd and Loretta Jones. Beloved father of Jamaal Ricardo Prescod. Brother of Monica Taitt, Annette, Karen, Sophia and Sheri Jones, along with the entire Jones family. Proud and loving uncle to Sergio Jones, Akeem Jones and six others. Relative of Carlyle, Sandra, Toney and Jason Shepherd, Janine Morris (all of the United Kingdom) and Stephen Shepherd of Barbados. Tyrone’s friendship touched the lives of many and will be fondly remembered by Juliette and Tonia Prescod, Algernon Ward, the Griffith and Jordan families and the entire Fitts Village community. His legacy of love and friendship will forever remain in the hearts of all who knew him. May his soul rest in eternal peace. A service of celebration will be held on Monday July 13, 2026 at Mount Pleasant Memorial Gardens, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 10:00 a.m. followed by the interment. Flowers may be sent to Lyndhurst Funeral Home no later than 7:30 a.m. on Monday.
