Son of the late Marguerite Ramsay and Lemuel Harris.
Husband of Orion Ramsay.
Father of Kevin and Kim Ramsay and Angela Elcock. Stepfather of Karen Ward.
Grandfather of Kimella, Kimara, Khaliah, Akeem, Tawaina, Roberta and Roberto.
Great-grandfather of four.
Brother-in-law of Barbara Rock, Lucine Browne, David Lewis, Jacqueline Lewis and Caroline Woodroffe-Holder.
Relative of the Ramsay, Harris, Blackman, Burnham and Worrell families.

A service of celebration and thanksgiving will be held on Friday, November 15, 2024, at St. James Parish Church, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 10:00 a.m. The body of the late Lionel Ramsay will repose in the Colin Parkinson Memorial Chapel on Thursday, November 14, 2024 from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.
