CORBIN – VERE JUNIOR, aged 85, of #18 Hoyte’s Terrace, St. James entered into rest on November 13, 2024.

Son of the late James Scantlebury and Mary Corbin.
Former Husband of Grace Corbin.
Father of June La Roche, Denise Chandler, Sherry Corbin and Sonia Harewood.
Grandfather of Cherese and Tyrese Harewood and Jamyr La Roche.
Great-grandfather of Jordan Harewood.
Brother of Eileen, Audrey, Harold and Michael, the late George, Carlisle and Yvonne Corbin.
Uncle of Joan, Yvette, Noel, Roger, the late Celeste and many more nieces and nephews to mention in the UK.
Good friend of Lloyd Phillips, St. Clair Holder and family.
Cousin of Daphne and Lenox Corbin, Dean and the late June, Loleta Standford, Carmetta Phillips and Mildred Todd.
Relative of the Stanford and Scantlebury families of St. Peter and much more.

A service of celebration and thanksgiving will be held on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, at Abundant Life Assembly, Bank Hall, St. Michael, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 2:00 p.m. The cortege will then proceed to Westbury Cemetery for the interment. Flowers may be sent to Lyndhurst Funeral Home no later than 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday.
