July 18, 2021I would whole heartedly recommend Lyndhurst Funeral Home. Everything was handled with great respect and sensitivity. The treatment of our loved one was excellent, from the pick-up of the deceased to the viewing and the burial. As we lived abroad, we had to start the process remotely and were kept informed every step of the way. When we arrived at Lyndhurst Funeral Home, we were given further guidance regarding the choice of Casket, the placing of the obituary and other expenses. The good advice was most welcome and made the whole process go very smoothly indeed. Russell and staff were very polite and knowledgeable. On the day of the funeral, we were picked on time and arrived at the Church in good time. After the service the burial was conducted with great sensitivity from the provision of seating, a gazebo for shade and cold water to stop the mourners from becoming dehydrated. Those who were unable to attend the funeral were able to watch the live stream or in YouTube. Every aspect of the funeral arrangements was handled extremely well. The overall service from Lyndhurst Funeral was excellent, I would recommend them to anyone who has lost a loved one as they will be well taken care of. The Applewhite and Morris families would like to express their gratitude to Russell and all the staff at Lyndhurst Funeral Home.

July 18, 2022my first visit to Barbados was not a happy memory for me . my mom passed away on a catamaran tour in paynes bay. we came lydhurst after coming from the hospital . every body at lyndhurst was very professional and took care of arranging things to get Mom home very well . i have made a return trip to Barbados had had a much better experience . i want to come back to visit my mom’s mango tree by the Garfield Sobers Aquadic centre

The kindness & warmth of the staff was so comforting and gave that light through those dark days knowing our loved one was in good hands. Shanicka, you are a gem!!!! No question was too complicated for you to answer and the way you went about to assist the family, will always be appreciated. Its have been a joy and clarity in knowing my parents have been work on by the best staff. I have finally found peace though it been hard , after loosing my mom and sister only six months after my dad have pass.
