HINDS – ALBERT VICTOR better known as Dan, aged 85, late of Yearwood Land, Bank Hall, St. Michael, entered peacefully into rest on Thursday, December 28, 2023. Retired Supervisor of Barbados Port Inc. Loving Father of the late Sophia Hinds, Victorine, Junior, Albert and Meshell. Husband of Marva. Stepfather of Cheryl Kellman. Devoted Grandfather of Akowa, Nikita, Shecaniah, Shaniah, Shamar, Meshada, Junior, Justin, Genna and Gentris. Father-in-law of Melodie and Marlena. Brother of Joan Hinds and the late Rufus, Roy, Marcia, Frank and Cleston. Uncle of many, friend of the late Denny Reece, George, Joyce and members of the Whitepark Wesleyan Holiness Church. The funeral service will be held on Monday, January 15, 2024, at the Whitepark Wesleyan Holiness Church, St. Michael, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 10:00 a.m. The interment will proceed to Westbury cemetery. Flowers may be sent Lyndhurst funeral Home, no later than 7:30 a.m. Monday, January 15, 2024. The body of the late Albert Hinds will repose in the Colin Parkinson Memorial Chapel, Lyndhurst Funeral Home on Sunday, January 14, 2024, from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.
