ARNOLD WILLIAM ALLEYNE, formerly of The Glen, Paddock Road, Dalkeith, St. Michael entered into rest on June 15, 2018. Former Member of the Barbados Turf Club.
Son of the late Belfied Layne and Cora Alleyne-Hewitt.
Former husband of Greta Alleyne.
Father of Jennifer Leacock, Cherie Alleyne and the late Jean Louis Alleyne.
Grandfather of Jean-Pierre Alleyne and Daniella Leacock.
Brother of the late Joe and Clarence Layne.
Father-in-law of David Leacock.
Cousin of Nola Mayers, Pat Beckford, Willie Alleyne, Florette and Ulric Sue and many others.
A service of celebration and thanksgiving will be held on Monday, June 25, 2018, at the Chapel of Coral Ridge Memorial Gardens, The Ridge, Christ Church, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 10:00 a.m. for the service. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Barbados Cancer Society will be graciously accepted. Mourning colours are optional.
