Dear Eastman Family,

My heartfelt sympathies on the death of Mommy Barbara.
I had deeply desired to visit her on my recent trip to Barbados, in late Aug-Sept last, but heard she was at Treva.

So I really miss meeting up with this Dear Sister who was very encouraging toward me decades ago, in my late teens or early twenties, while with Uncle Johnny for 7mths.

Butwe have a Sure Hope an An Eternity to catch up in Our Fathers Earthly Paradise......Acts 25:15a

It saddens me to see such a dedicated and zealous servant leave this earthly scene. Barb's zeal was contagious and infected anyone who worked closely with her in the ministry over the years. For a certainty, for me, her enthusiasm for Jehovah and her ministry had a profound effect on me in my early transition to the truth. She was one of the first to call on me in the ministry. Despite my reluctance on many occasions, she never gave up. Eventually, I accepted the truth with the help of others, but her unwavering determination lingers with me to this day.

I look forward to the fulfilment of Isaiah 26:19, where it was prophesied, "Your dead will live, my corpses will rise up. Awake and shout joyfully you residents in the dust! For your dew is as the dew of the morning, And the earth will let those powerless in death come to life." Longing to see you in the new world, working zealously for Jehovah in welcoming and teaching those resurrected and for eternity.
