Basil was a true friend and brother to me from the day we met. He was a man of God who gave great counsel and always seeked to be an encourage to others. He was a straight shooter and never forgot a single detail of a conversation we had. We started off as me just giving a stranger as lift to church and ended up as friends gathering for dinner on Sundays and having hours-long conversations on the phone.

Basil has left a void that can never be filled. To Jackie and the rest of his family I extend my deepest condolences and that of the Anglican Church of St. Monica where he worshipped during his stay in the Turks & Caicos Islands.

Basil will be missed.

My sincere condolences to the Jemmott family from my family and I. To my cousins Gabrielle and Ethan, stay strong and take comfort in the memories that you shared with dad. Gone too soon but he will never be forgotten. He will live on in your hearts, the hearts if everyone, forever.
May he rest in eternal peace and light perpetual shine upon him. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ•Š๐Ÿ•Š๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ

I met Dr. Jemmott and his wife during his tenure at the Turks and Caicos Islands Community College. He would often be smiling most of the time. Our conversations would be about my TCI and about his BIM. Deepest condolences to Mrs. Jemmott and the extended family. May God comfort you all during this time. May his soul rest in peace.
