Just came across this.
Uncle Dennis and Aunty Betty were my dads best friends and whenever we were in Barbados , we would often visit them at their home Cliffcot and then later at The Breakers . So sorry to hear the news.

ATKINSON NEE GODDARD – BETTY LEE, of The Crane, St. Philip, entered into peaceful rest on Monday, September 25, 2017. Widow of Denis Atkinson. Mother of Elizabeth, Kathryn, Carolyn, Barbara and Anne. Grandmother of 13. Great Grandmother of 10. Sister of Richard and Barbara.
The funeral leaves Lyndhurst Funeral Home, Passage Road, St. Michael on Thursday, September 28, 2017, for The Chapel of Coral Ridge Memorial Gardens, The Ridge, Christ Church where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 9:00 a.m. for the service followed by a private interment. In Lieu of flowers, donations to the Barbados Association of Palliative Care would be gratefully appreciated. No mourning colours by special request.
