A service of celebration and thanksgiving will be held on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at the chapel of Coral Ridge Memorial Gardens, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 9:30 a.m. followed by the interment. Tributes and viewing will begin from 8:30 a.m. The body of the late Cameron Cumberbatch will repose in the Colin Parkinson Memorial Chapel, Lyndhurst Funeral Home on Friday, June 27, from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. Floral tributes may be sent to Lyndhurst Funeral Home no later than 7:00 a.m. on Saturday.

Marcy, it was deep sadness that I am sending condolences on behalf myself and my son Dario on the passing of y0ur dear husband and friend Cammie. I first met him at the Wilkie Cumberbatch Primary School where we used to attend PTA meetings while our boys were pupils. He first introduced me to you in the lobby of your former work place. Cammie loved his family and always spoke highly of them. Though we did not see or hear each other regularly if we so happened to see each other it was as though we had communicated just the day before. I am hoping that Jehovah give you and the extended family the strength to endure this difficult time of grief. Rest assured that a resurrection is promised. 😭😭

Sammie has run the race set before him by the Lord Jesus. He has completed the race and finished well to the words” welcome home Cameron, good and faithful servant “. Marcie and family we sorrow with you but not as the world does. We will see Cammie in eternity with our Lord Jesus himself. We pray for God’s comfort and peace that passes all our understanding today and for the time ahead. Als to Cynthia, Hyacinth and Hazael. Our condolences.

My dear Marcia,
It is with a sense of great shock and sadness that Faith and I learnt yesterday of the passing of Cammie. As you know we utilized his services for our relatives and friends who stayed with us on their visits to Barbados and who hired self driven cars from him.He was always punctual, polite , reliable and a joy to do business with. Certainly his passing creates a vacuum in this regard.
We know that you and your family will miss him profoundly. Please accept our deepest sympathy on the passing of your beloved husband and father of your children. We pray that your profound faith in the Almighty will bear you up at this time of your grieving.
May he rest in peace and rise in Glory.
