May dear Cecil Rest In Peace. What a beautiful service! He must have been smiling down listening to the beautiful songs and music that he chose!

We are so very sorry to hear of Cecil’s passing. He was always such a gentle person, kind-hearted, a good storyteller and sincere man. He was a great friend to our family, and he’ll be remembered forever as such. May he rest in peace and be reunited with many of his family and friends who have gone before.
