CHERYLL RUTH KING, affectionately known to all as “Ruth” or “Ruthie”, aged 70, of Wanstead Drive, Cave Hill, St. Michael, entered peacefully into rest on May 1, 2024.
Daughter of the late Pearl Forde and the late Clarence King.
Mother of Amanda Hoyos and Frederic Hoyos.
Grandmother of Nicholai Hoyos and Aeris Cummins.
Sister of Charmaine Kreuger (Netherlands), the late Michael King, the late Hallan King, and the late Clarence King Jr.
Aunt of Mark King and Michelle King, Lorraine Pickering, Kathleen King and Hallan King Jr, and Moos and Mae Kreuger (Netherlands).
Cousin of Trevor Bayley, Cherie Bayley, Suzette Bayley and Gail Wiles, and Liz McCool and Paul Bayley (Canada), Stephen Fields, Derek Fields, and Desiree Yap.

A private cremation will be held, and family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial on Batts Rock Beach on June 9, 2024, at 8am. We the family of Ruth King would like to sincerely thank everyone for their moral support and kind expressions of sympathy by attending the memorial, sending cards, floral arrangements, emails and telephone calls, or who in any other way expressed sympathy during our time of bereavement.
