Husband of the late Cynthia Bernstein. Father of David Bernstein Jr and Christopher Bernstein. Grandfather of Christian Bernstein and Aiden Bernstein. Brother of Lewis Bernstein and Sandra Cumberbatch. Uncle of Shinika Blackman, Sarah and Peter Bernstein and others. Father-in-law of Kimberly Harewood. Brother-in-law of Pamela Lashley, Michael Cumberbatch, Samuel Lashley and many more.
A service of celebration and thanksgiving will be held on Friday, March 3, 2023 at St. Barnabas Anglican Church, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 3:00 p.m. The cortege will then proceed to Coral Ridge Memorial Gardens for the interment. Flowers may be sent to Lyndhurst Funeral Home no later than 12:00 p.m. on Friday. The body of the late David Anthony Bernstein will repose in the Colin Parkinson Memorial Chapel on Thursday, March 2, 2023 from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.
