DAVID ERSKINE BURROWES also known as “Gristle Toes”, of Storey Gap, Codrington Hill, St. Michael and formerly of Chapman Lane and Clapham, St. Michael entered peacefully into rest on February 10th, 2025 surrounded by his loved ones.
Beloved Son of the late Irene Burrowes and Eddie Lawrence.

A service of celebration and thanksgiving will be held on Monday, March 10, 2025 at the James Street Methodist Church, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 2:00 p.m. The cortege will then proceed to Westbury Cemetery for the interment. Flowers may be sent to Lyndhurst Funeral Home no later than 11:00 a.m. on Mon-day. No mourning colours by special request. The body of the late David Erskine Burrowes will repose in the Colin Parkinson Memorial Chapel, Lyndhurst Funeral Home on Sunday March 9th, 2025 from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.
