My dear friend Eileen what do I say at this difficult time as I pen this tribute on your passing.
I begin by saying that from the moment we were introduced our spirits seemed to have gelled and sparked into a real admirable, pleasant and friendly relationship within our circle of friends. You had such a witty sense of humor and that sort of wry, innocent smile that was never left behind from our many “girls” night-out gatherings. You certainly kept us rocking with laughter and every occasion was excitingly fun-filled and jovial. Your personality depicted one of warmth, sincerity and caring. Though your professional life kept you busy you always found that time to visit and stay connected which was very much appreciated. You will certainly be missed!

When I learned of your illness the natural instinct was to hope and pray that medical interventions would be successful in bringing about optimal recovery. However, that was not to be as our God had different plans for your life and sojourn on earth. May flight of Angels take you safely to your heavenly home. I extend condolences to Eileen’s immediate and extended families, colleagues and friends and all who mourn her loss.

Rest in eternal peace Eileen. RIEP!

Very sad to hear of the passing of Dr E J M (as she signed her name in the notes). Met her in Irvine Hall in 74 when I went to buy Grant's atlas, and worked with her at QEH, and we last interacted in Basseterre in 2002, in my brief teaching stint there.
Eileen was always calm, quiet, and pleasant, and one who "ran with patience the race that was set"before her. May she enter the bliss of our Lord.
Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints.(Psalm 116:15)

TO THE FAMILY OF THE LATE
DOCTOR EILEEN JANET Mac Lauchlan-MOORE

Greetings to Everyone

My name is Cynthia Wattley-Jacobs who is a Kittitian but now resides in the UK.

I was recently informed through the Church in St Kitts of (HER) demise on the 5th of June.

We were very close friends from school days, and Although we were in distance places that was not an issue for whenever we were in St Kitts we spent quality times together. She was really a beloved friend of mine.

So to this end, I would express my “sincere condolences” to the entire family and also continued Blessings.

Yours Respectfully

Cynthia Wattley-Jacobs
