LEACOCK – ELSA EUDORA, affectionately known as “Miss Lucy”, aged 79, late of Rouen Village, Belle Gully, St. Michael, peacefully entered into rest on Sunday, November 18, 2018. Former shopkeeper of Ivy Main Road and Belle Gully, St. Michael. Faithful member of St. Barnabas Anglican Church and Member of the Church Army and Prayer Group. Mother of Mrs. Lorraine Menns (USA) and the late Tyrone Leacock. Grandmother of Ishmael and Camille Menns (both of the USA). Sister of Maureen Boyce, Robert Leacock and the late Dorthy Briggs. Aunt of Rommel Leacock, Diana Small, Ricardo, Anderson, Carl, Everton and Michael Briggs, Tarik Boyce and Maria Boyce Taylor. Cousin of Evelyn Foderingham. Mother-in-law of Evor Menns (USA). Friend of Zida Hunte, the Linton family and Dr. Elizabeth Ferdinand.
The funeral leaves Lyndhurst Funeral Home, Passage Road, St. Michael on Thursday, November 29, 2018, for St. Barnabas Anglican Church, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 10:00 a.m. for the service and interment. The organist and members of the church choir are kindly asked to attend. Flowers may be sent to Lyndhurst Funeral Home no later than 7:30 a.m. on Thursday.
