I want to offer my sincerest condolences to the family of Elvis Foster, in respect to his untimely passing. As a former colleague, I will always remember "Foster" as a kind, gentle and jovial officer. He loved life and he loved people; he will be sadly missed. I know it will be hard for his family but trust in God and know that "Foster" touched many lives and lived a good life. May he Rest In Peace. Peter Dottin, former PC 175.
