Enith Connell

CONNELL – ENITH ELEANOR, aged 97, of Highfield Cottage, Erdiston Drive, St. Michael entered into rest on August 9, 2024. Daughter of the late Edgar and Eunice Edghill. Wife of the late Colonel Joseph Connell, CBE, C.St. J., E.D. Sister of the late Oswald, Kenneth, Alma, Frank, Ralph and Iris Edghill. Aunt and great-aunt of many. Special thanks to Mrs. Petal Kelley for assisting with the loving care of Mrs. Connell. A service of celebration and thanksgiving will be held on Monday, August 26, 2024 at St. Matthias Anglican Church, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 10:00 a.m. The cortege will then proceed to the Military Cemetery for the interment. Kindly note that donations will be collected during the funeral service towards the St. Matthias Building Fund. Flowers may be sent to Lyndhurst Funeral Home no later than 7:30 a.m. on Monday.
