Daughter of the late Delmora Blenman and Stanley Harper.
Mother of Anthony Bowen, Marcia Thomas, Wendy Bailey, Coralene Hines, Rommel Sobers, the late Jelicoe Bowen and Selwyn Sobers.
Grandmother of Shawn and Avalon Blenman, Andre and Dr. Cindy Bowen, Melicia Simmons, Dr. Brett Nightingale, Sterling, Mezanne, Rommece, Christon and Ajainin Sobers and Jakim Gill.
Great-grandmother of Dylan Ajodha, ZMhar and ZRiya Blenman, Eli and Max Yellin and Gabriella Simmons.
Sister of Sylvester Harper and the late Hamilton Harper, Elise and Ruby Blenman.
Mother-in-law of Haldane Bowen, James Bailey and Marcella Sobers.
Aunt of David Blenman.
Relative of the Carrington, Harper, and Walcott families.
Friend of Sylvia Hoyte, Evelyn Small and many others.
A service of celebration and thanksgiving will be held on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at James Street Methodist Church where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 2:00 p.m. The cortege will then proceed to Westbury Cemetery for the interment. Flowers may be sent to Lyndhurst Funeral Home no later than 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday. The body of the late Equita Iona Blenman will repose in the Colin Parkinson Memorial Chapel, Lyndhurst Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. Kindly note that all COVID-19 protocols will be in effect.

That was such a beautiful and moving tribute to your Mum, Tony. She would have been so proud of you. I didn't know all of those things about her.
I watched the whole service and at the graveside as well.
Well done, Tony. And my condolences.
