ESTELLA LOUISE FRAZIER – RICE née BAILEY affectionally known as “Ms. Bailey”, aged 95, well-known shopkeeper of Corner of Wellington and Beckwith Street, St. Michael and formerly of Layou and Calliaqua, St. Vincent and the Grenadines entered into rest on August 17, 2025.

Wife of the late Cyril Rice.
Loving mother of Paulette Bailey-Skeete (USA), Gloria Bailey Brown (USA) and Marguerita Henry.
Sister of Joyce Lowman, Metalyn and Amanda.
Beloved grandmother of Allan, Floyd and Khalice Bailey, Natasha Corridon (USA) and Shaquille Walcott.
Great-grandmother of Zakeem, Floydisha, Kion, Nathaniel, Allandre and Allana Bailey, Amarii Knight, Monisha Reid, Girmari and Jalani Corridon (USA) and Ezekiel Haynes-Walcott.
Great great-grandmother of Nykari Bailey and Makayah Reid-Reynolds.
Mother-in-Law of Leon Brown (USA).

A service of celebration and thanksgiving will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2025 at St. Ambrose Anglican Church where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 10:00 a.m. The cortege will then proceed to Coral Ridge Memorial Gardens for the interment. Flowers may be sent to Lyndhurst Funeral Home no later than 7:00 a.m. on Saturday. The body of the late Estella Rice will repose in the Colin Parkinson Memorial Chapel, Lyndhurst Funeral Home on Friday, September 12, 2025, from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.
