Mother of Franklyn, Diana, Janet, Tyrone, Romeo, Anthony Oxley, Debbie Best, Seibert Oxley, Kim Oxley, Adrian Oxley.
Grandmother of David, Sandra, Andrew Reeves, Monetta Hamilton, Terry Clarke, Michael Piggott, Carolyn Oxley, Lisa Oxley, Ross Oxley, Tyree Oxley, Lauren Oxley, Ricardo Oxley, Nicole Oxley, Kent Jemmott, Kaniecia Oxley.
Great-grandmother of six.
Sister of the late Colin Oxley and Merlin Oxley.
Aunt of many.
Mother-in-Law of Annette Oxley, Harriett Oxley, Kenmore Best, Leah Oxley.
Relative of Richards and Small families.
Friend of Dolores Headley and Geneva Gilkes.
A service of celebration and thanksgiving will be held on Wednesday, April 24, 2024 at the Black Rock Seventh Day Adventist Church, where relatives and friends are asked to meet 11:00 a.m. The cortege will then proceed to Westbury cemetery for the interment. Flowers may be sent to Lyndhurst Funeral Home no later than 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday.
