PADMORE – ETHELINE CARNETTA, aged 94, of Mapp Hill, St. Michael and formerly of Newbury, St. George, entered into rest on December 26, 2021. Daughter of the late Martha and York Moore. Wife of the late Kenneth Padmore. Mother of Maureen, Anthony, Richard (USA), Arletta and Michelle Padmore, Valma Alleyne, Margaret Toppin, Diana Franklyn and the late Colin Padmore. Grandmother of 13. Great-grandmother of 22. Sister of Stephen Moore (UK). Aunt of Brenda, Cheryl and Wendy Moore, Maxine Haynes and many others. Mother-in-law of Joyce Padmore, Hadley Alleyne and Nigel Franklin. Sister-in-law of Colleen Moore (UK). Cousin of Pastor Evelyn Nurse and many others. Relative of the Small, Moore and Padmore families. Friend of Sharon Power. A service of celebration and thanksgiving will be held on Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at St. George Parish Church, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 3:00 p.m. followed by the interment. Flowers may be sent to Lyndhurst Funeral Home no later than 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The body of the late Etheline Carnetta Padmore will repose in the Colin Parkinson Memorial Chapel, Lyndhurst Funeral Home on Monday, January 10, 2022 from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. Kindly note that all COVID-19 protocols will be in effect.
