It is with great sadness that the family of Frances Clare Armstrong announces her passing on Friday, February 16, 2018, after a battle with cancer. Fran will be lovingly remembered by her husband James Niblock and her children, Paul and Toby. Fran will also be fondly remembered by her granddaughter Lizzie and by her brothers and sisters, Ann Routley, Phillip and Robert Alleyne and Betty Boulin as well as her many close friends.

The date and time of the memorial service for the late Frances Clare Armstrong will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Fran can be made to Barbados Association of Palliative Care and/or the Myeloma, Lymphoma and Leukemia Foundation of Barbados.

Our sincere condolences to Jimmy, Paul and Toby. Fran was a marvellous lady who helped many others in her life. Her untimely death will not only be missed by us but by everyone. May she now rest in peace.
