Frank Kelvin Stuart

STUART – FRANK KELVIN, aged 63, of Allen View, Welchman Hall, St. Thomas, entered into rest on February 25, 2026. Former employee of CRS Building and Maintenance. Father of Kelvin and Christopher Stuart. Son of the late Phyllis Niles and Elderidge Alleyne. Brother of Margurita Niles and Alicia Dowdy. Uncle of Justin and Jeremy Alleyne. Cousin of many too numerous to mention. Relative of the White family (Gall Hill, St. John) and the Husband and Reid families. Special friend of Pearline Springer, Michael Alleyne, Janice Clement, the Allen View Community and many others. A service of celebration and thanksgiving will be held on Tuesday, March 17, 2026 at Holy Innocents Anglican Church, Ayshford, St. Thomas, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 3:30 p.m. followed by the interment. In lieu of flowers, a donation during the service will be graciously accepted for the ongoing work Cancer Support Services in Frank’s honour.
