Celebrating the life of GEORGE DOUGLAS NICHOLSON, aged 56, of #2 Wild Cane Ridge, Stewart Hill, St. John entered into rest on April 10, 2024. Director of ADeB Consultants Limited. Member of the Board of Directors (C.B.C) and President of the Rugby Americas North (R.A.N).
Son of Lilian Sten-Nicholson and the late Professor George Nicholson.
Husband of Carol Nicholson.
Father of Zayn and Kade Nicholson.
Brother of Lena, Belinda Nicholson, Maia Nicholson- Mohammed and Arwen Nicholson.
Uncle of Marissa Thomas, Jared and Kristopher Ying.
Brother-in-law of Michelle White-Ying, Mark Ying, John McDermott and the late Chad Mohammed.
Godfather of Khaelan King.
Dear Friend of David and Sonya Alleyne, Andrew and Donna Thomas, Michael Clarke, Joe and Stacey Whipple, Connel Hinds, Cheryl Blackman, Adrian King, Mark and Brenda Cozier, Peter and Nicole Jacob, Adrian Mclean and many others.
A private cremation will take place followed by a memorial service which will be held on Friday, April 26, 2024 at Coral Ridge Chapel, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to The Barbados Rugby Football Union in his honour. No mourning colours by special request.
