YARDE – HAROLD GLENISTER, aged 71, affectionately known as “Glen”, of Husbands Gardens, St. James, entered into rest on Monday, December 16, 2022. Loving father of Rochene Yarde, Kelda and Susie Franklyn, Kendra and Caleb Forde and Damien Phillips. Brother of Loyola Forde, Yolande Callender and Leroy Yarde. Grandfather of Ashya Smith, Xakery Forde-Hall, Skylah, Savannah and Ava Phillips. Good friend of Sandra and Babbita Singh and Nancy Lynch. Relative of the Yarde, Lewis, Collymore, Hope and Grant families. Friend of many.
A service of celebration and thanksgiving will be held on Thursday, January 12, 2023 at Western Light Church of the Nazarene, Oxnards, St. James, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 2:00 p.m. The cortege will then proceed to St. James Cemetery for the interment. Flowers may be sent to Lyndhurst Funeral Home no later than 11:00 a.m. on Thursday. Kindly note that all COVID-19 protocols will be in effect.
